Big Gloat Moment
Completely off topic, but I just heard a report on CNN about the negative effects of the Larry Summers ouster on Harvard University fund raising, and I can't help gloating.Apparently, Larry Ellison is not the only big donor reneging on, or rethinking a sizable donation to Harvard. So, too, is Mort Zuckerman (100 million dollar gift) and one of the Rockefellers, whose gift has downsized from over the 100 million dollar range, to the 10 million dollar range at this moment. And a few others I don't recall at the moment. Apparently, this amounts to 2/3s of the donations that were expected at Harvard this year.
They deserve it for their disgraceful behavior in permitting the far left putsch on Summers to succeed.
