Raging Bull

I'm sympathizing with the Bull - futilely protesting on behalf of his species for all those humiliating years of enforced gladitorial combat.

Check out the video, as the Mexican bull hops lightly over the fence and into the spectators. He appears to have been warned in advance and to know precisely what he is doing, until he gets stuck and is killed ingloriously - off vid. Of course, he was going to be killed anyway - but this way he made a "protest" statement, one by the way, I'm in far more sympathy with than Cindy Sheehan in her quest to get some national attention again.

I've got to say I cannot comprehend what the delight of seeing a bullfight is all about - the outcome is assured - except at moments like this.

But, then, "Noting like this has ever happened before," notes the Mexican authority. Well it's a good start then.
